What you'll do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy Film Executives, managing their calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel with detailed itineraries. You will maintain efficient communication channels between internal teams, external partners, and talent representatives, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. Your responsibilities will also include processing expense reports and handling other financial documentation with precision.
