Who you are
You are a dedicated and self-motivated Executive Assistant with a proven history of high performance in fast-paced environments. You possess solid organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. You are detail-oriented and understand business priorities, demonstrating the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements. You can complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. Your confidence, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving abilities make you an ideal candidate for this role. You have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Commitment to teamwork is essential as you will work closely with other Executive Assistants to deliver large-scale events and share workload when priorities demand additional support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop day-to-day schedules and prioritize activities for the World-Wide Head of Music at Amazon MGM Studios. You will proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure that all meetings and events run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, preparing reports, and assisting with project coordination. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. As part of your role, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization to support the Head of Music in achieving business objectives. You will be involved in planning and executing events, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently. Your ability to operate under pressure and adapt to changing priorities will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
