Who you are
You are a bold and innovative Creative Director with a passion for storytelling and design craft. You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams of designers and art directors, translating strategic goals into compelling creative executions. Your leadership inspires excellence and fosters a culture of collaboration within the team. You understand the importance of cohesive visual identity across various platforms and regions, ensuring that the creative work resonates with audiences worldwide.
You have a strong background in overseeing end-to-end creative development, from concept and storytelling to execution across digital, broadcast, social, print, and out-of-home platforms. Your ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback elevates the creative bar, encouraging innovation and excellence in every project. You are also familiar with integrating AI tools and creative technologies to enhance the creative process and achieve the best results for customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and writers to deliver exceptional creative work across global campaigns and franchises. You will partner with business stakeholders, brand teams, and marketing leaders to translate strategic goals into high-impact creative executions. Your creative direction will shape the visual identity for Prime Video and related brands, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels.
You will oversee the entire creative development process, guiding your team from concept through execution. This includes collaborating with Creative Ops leadership to integrate innovative tools and scalable systems that enhance the creative workflow. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting creative reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the in-house studio model. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the creative output aligns with Amazon's brand values and meets the expectations of millions of customers worldwide.
