You have a strong background in creative management, ideally with experience in international marketing. You are adept at managing external creative agencies and localization partners, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams is one of your key strengths, enabling you to gather feedback and collaborate on creative plans that align with various demographics.

Your experience in vendor and agency management equips you to handle timelines, budgets, and the intricacies of creative planning. Desirable
Experience in the film or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with B2B creative processes. A background in digital marketing or social media campaigns would also be beneficial. What you'll do
As a Creative Manager at Amazon MGM Studios, you will lead the creative planning process for international theatrical marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Creative to draft and communicate international creative plans, ensuring that all markets receive the necessary assets to execute successful local campaigns. Your role will involve providing feedback on creative executions to maintain brand consistency across different territories. You will also collaborate with local market teams to gather deadlines and monitor emerging formats, ensuring that all creative materials are tailored to resonate with local audiences.
You will manage relationships with external creative agencies and localization partners, overseeing the delivery of print and AV adaptations, cutdowns, and originations. Your responsibilities will include tracking spend against budgets and ensuring the accuracy of all deliverables. You will maintain a working relationship with US counterparts to ensure that international needs and deadlines are represented in global materials. Your ability to provide territory feedback will be crucial in maintaining brand integrity across all executions.
