Job Description
Who you are
You have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess at least one year of experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. You are detail-oriented and capable of following established procedures and rules to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance tasks. You are open to learning and adapting to new responsibilities as you grow in your role. You may have a basic understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering principles, which would be beneficial in this position. You are committed to adhering to safety rules and regulations in the workplace, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and your colleagues.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the maintenance team by managing desk work related to parts ordering and inventory control. You will input data for parts orders and handle the inspection and acceptance of delivered items. Additionally, you will assist in data aggregation as requested by the maintenance team, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and reported. You will work closely with team members to understand the maintenance processes and gradually take on more responsibilities as you become familiar with the operations. Your role will also involve communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to report any issues or uncertainties that arise during your tasks.
What we offer
