Who you are
You are a highly skilled professional with experience in case management, particularly in the context of disability and leave services. You understand the complexities of leave of absence and disability events, and you are adept at navigating the various benefits and options available to employees. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively respond to inquiries and provide holistic support throughout the case management process.
You have a keen ability to review medical documentation and adjudicate leaves in compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies. You are detail-oriented and can adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring that employees feel supported during their leave or disability events. Your empathetic approach allows you to connect with employees and build trust as their single point of contact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, guiding employees through the process and ensuring they understand their benefits. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned employees, providing comprehensive case management services. This includes reviewing medical documentation and making informed decisions regarding leave eligibility based on established guidelines.
