What you'll do

As a Case Manager at Amazon, you will serve as the single point of contact for employees throughout their leave of absence or disability event. You will initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability benefits, providing holistic case management services. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with Amazon's policies and applicable laws.
