Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of customer experience and a high willingness to take ownership of your work. Your analytical skills allow you to identify patterns and disruptions, scrutinizing details to foresee implications of data. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications, enabling you to analyze data effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, which are essential for liaising between field executives and various internal and external agencies. You are ready to work on weekends and in shifts, demonstrating your commitment to supporting operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls and emails, coordinating with field executives to ensure timely execution of operations. You will train and direct sellers to adhere to norms and practices, helping them improve their operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include devising and deploying standard operating procedures (SOPs) and analyzing data to propose features and processes that enhance the seller experience. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within and outside of Amazon.
