Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of customer experience and a high willingness to take ownership of your work. Proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with sellers. You possess the ability to identify patterns and disruptions in operations, scrutinizing details to foresee implications based on data analysis. Your experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, enables you to manage and analyze operational metrics effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls and emails, coordinating with field executives to ensure timely execution of operations. You will act as a liaison between field executives and various internal and external agencies, facilitating communication and support for sellers. Training and directing sellers on adherence to operational norms and practices will be a key responsibility, as well as devising and deploying standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the seller experience. You will analyze data to propose features and processes that improve operational efficiency and seller satisfaction.
