What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with customers to address their inquiries and ensure that missed deliveries are successfully resolved. You will maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of customer interactions and delivery statuses. You will collaborate with logistics teams and delivery partners to investigate and resolve delivery issues as they arise. You will support internal communication efforts, including preparing presentations and contributing to continuous improvement programs. Your role will require you to be present at the delivery station, where you will utilize Amazon's advanced technologies to facilitate communication with logistics centers and partners.

What we offer

This position is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. You will work on-site at one of Amazon's last-mile distribution centers, contributing to the efficiency of the delivery process.
