You are a proactive individual who thrives in a customer-facing role, ensuring that every delivery is successful and every customer inquiry is addressed promptly. What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly at one of Amazon's last-mile delivery stations, where you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding their deliveries. You will investigate and resolve delivery issues, collaborating with logistics teams and delivery partners as necessary. You will maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of customer inquiries, ensuring that all interactions are documented accurately. Your role will also involve adhering to operational instructions and safeguarding customer data. You will support internal communications, including creating presentations and contributing to programs aimed at enhancing internal engagement and continuous improvement.
What we offer
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, providing you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. You will work on-site, with a daily schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:15 PM, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
