What you'll do

In this role, you will support daily operations by ensuring that work processes run smoothly according to established plans. You will utilize internal tools for production management and collaborate with team members to develop and implement improvement plans for operational challenges. Working closely with delivery service partners, you will monitor delivery statuses and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will also be involved in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promoting the standardization of operations. Under the guidance of managers and your team, you will learn about logistics management and the operational framework within Amazon's delivery stations.
