What you'll do

In this role, you will execute daily operational plans related to delivery services under the guidance of your supervisor. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks associated with delivery operations and will work collaboratively with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to monitor delivery statuses. You will also participate in projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This includes standardizing processes and improving the accuracy of customer address information to enhance delivery quality and efficiency. You will have opportunities to learn about logistics management and may advance to an Area Manager position or transfer to other departments within Amazon.
