Your strategic mindset helps you align customer objectives with AWS capabilities, ensuring a frictionless migration experience. You are adept at program management and organizational change management, which allows you to guide customers through their cloud journey seamlessly. You thrive in a customer-first environment and are passionate about helping clients innovate and expand in the cloud.
Desirable
Experience with cloud-native solutions and a deep understanding of AWS services will set you apart. Familiarity with sales processes and solution architecture is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon, you will lead customer engagements to accelerate their migration to AWS. You will dive deep into understanding each customer's unique challenges and work backwards from their strategic objectives to design their cloud journey. Your role will involve executing a frictionless migration experience, ensuring that customers capture the full potential of the AWS cloud.
You will leverage AWS best practices developed over thousands of engagements to guide customers through their cloud adoption process. Collaborating with sales, solution architecture, and support teams, you will influence multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your technical acumen will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries and providing insights that drive their success.
