Who you are
You have a strong background in customer engagement and a deep technical understanding of cloud computing, AI, and ML — your experience enables you to guide clients through technical complexities and empower them with the tools they need to achieve their business and sustainability goals. You excel in developing and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique business needs and technical requirements. Your ability to act as a technical liaison ensures clear communication between clients and technical teams, fostering alignment of goals and expectations.
You are skilled in providing technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation and optimization of cloud-based AI and ML solutions, including Kubernetes. Your analytical mindset allows you to conduct performance monitoring and reporting, ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcomes from their investments. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and highlight their successes through case studies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that clients maximize the value of Crusoe's solutions. You will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements. You will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and support to customers in the implementation and optimization of cloud-based AI and ML solutions, including Kubernetes solutions. You will conduct regular performance monitoring and reporting, helping clients understand their progress and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will work on case studies to highlight customer successes, showcasing the impact of Crusoe's solutions on their businesses.
