Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, particularly within the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of AWS services, especially in End User Computing. Your experience includes working with enterprise clients, helping them to unlock the full potential of cloud-based solutions. You are skilled in building executive relationships and leading transformational conversations that drive customer success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at creating frameworks and playbooks that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You have technical expertise in desktop virtualization and enterprise authentication, which allows you to provide valuable insights and guidance to customers. Your strategic thinking enables you to develop customized success plans that align with customer goals and drive revenue growth. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to advancing AWS's EUC strategy in the market.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the strategic catalyst for AWS End User Computing, focusing on high-impact customers who have not yet reached their planned EUC consumption. You will develop and implement customized success plans that drive adoption of Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream 2.0, and other virtualization technologies. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing technical expertise, and leading discussions that help them maximize their investments in AWS services.

You will collaborate closely with partner teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible support and resources. Your role will involve analyzing customer usage data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as creating frameworks and playbooks that facilitate successful adoption of AWS solutions. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by helping customers achieve their business objectives through effective use of AWS technologies.
