Desirable

Experience with AWS Amazon Connect or similar cloud communication technologies is a plus. Familiarity with customer health monitoring and best practices documentation will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are proactive in addressing potential adoption barriers and have a knack for crafting compelling narratives that demonstrate the value of technology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming customer engagement through AWS Amazon Connect. You will develop tailored success strategies that align with customers' strategic business objectives, ensuring they realize the full potential of the technology. Your day-to-day will involve designing and delivering technical workshops that accelerate technology adoption and customer enablement. You will also create comprehensive best practices documentation and implementation guides to support customers in their journey.

Monitoring customer health dashboards will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to proactively address any potential barriers to adoption. You will gather and communicate critical customer insights to AWS product development teams, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into future product enhancements. Your role will be a blend of strategic thinking and customer-centric problem-solving, requiring you to collaborate closely with enterprise customers to unlock the transformative potential of cloud communication technologies.
