Who you are
You are a solutions-oriented individual with a strong customer obsession and fluency in Japanese. You have experience in digital advertising, particularly in programmatic ads, and are adept at troubleshooting campaign issues. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data effectively, identifying areas for campaign improvement and optimization opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable providing onboarding support and consultations to advertisers. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to work with program partners to enhance product offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to a variety of troubleshooting inquiries from advertisers regarding their self-service display, video, and audio campaigns on the Amazon Demand Side Platform. You will assist customers with campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, and ad tags. Your role will involve analyzing campaign data to identify root causes of issues and suggesting improvements. You will also provide onboarding support, explain new features, and share industry best practices with advertisers. Additionally, you will capture customer feedback and collaborate with program partners to highlight product gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
