Who you are
You have a strong background in advertising operations, with at least 5 years of experience managing ad campaigns and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health effectively, enabling you to identify risks and optimization opportunities. You excel in collaboration, working closely with Account Management, Sales, and external vendors to ensure a seamless client experience. Your attention to detail ensures that campaigns are activated accurately and deliver on objectives.
You are data-driven, capable of analyzing campaign data at the market level and providing actionable insights to support revenue growth and operational improvements. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders effectively. Your proactive approach to problem-solving helps you troubleshoot issues and escalate them as necessary, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in the Japan market. This includes overseeing campaign readiness and launch, monitoring pacing, and managing billing and reconciliation across various deal types. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales to ensure campaigns are activated accurately and meet client objectives. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing campaign performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and providing insights to local sales teams.
You will be responsible for monitoring key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues to the Ad Ops Solutions team for troubleshooting and resolution. Your role will require you to gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the operational processes and client experience. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and excellence within the advertising campaigns you manage.
