Amazon is hiring a Customer Support Finance - Mandarin Speaker to manage accounts receivables and provide financial analysis. You'll work with quantitative data and collaborate with various teams. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and experience in finance and accounting.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of experience in a finance and accounting role, ideally within a BPO environment, and are fluent in Mandarin. Your expertise in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable makes you a subject matter expert in the domain you support. You are skilled in collecting and analyzing quantitative data, and you have a strong ability to provide financial analysis that prioritizes and leads cost reduction initiatives. You are adept at using data analyses and statistical techniques to develop solutions that guide business decision-making. You can identify predictors and causes of business-related problems and implement appropriate corrective solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with multiple teams to develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
Desirable
A Bachelorβs degree is preferred, and familiarity with desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential. Good communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying results to business leaders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business Development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving business problems at their root, identifying trends and savings initiatives. You will communicate results to business leaders and support your team manager by performing management duties in their absence. You will work in a normal office environment in Pasay City, reporting to the office five times a week, and may be required to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations. You will also be expected to perform other projects and duties as required, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the team.
