You have a foundational understanding of AWS and are eager to learn more about the technologies that keep the cloud running. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams, including engineers and operations specialists. Your attention to detail ensures that you can assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events effectively, adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). In this role, you will be involved in projects of moderate complexity, assisting in the troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events. You will perform essential tasks such as rack installations and decommissioning, operational readings, and facility management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the performance of maintenance and operations on all electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will provide key performance indicators to senior engineers, contributing to the overall success of the team.

You will also be responsible for the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring that all work performed aligns with established practices and local legislation. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various teams across AWS, helping to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
