Who you are

You have a background in facility management, ideally with experience in data center operations — you've successfully managed critical infrastructure systems and understand the complexities involved in maintaining high-performance environments. Your ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams is essential, as you will be engaging with engineers, operations managers, and other specialists to ensure the smooth running of data centers. You are proactive in implementing new technologies and practices to meet the evolving demands of the market, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Desirable

Experience with AWS infrastructure is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to manage and optimize the data center operations effectively. Familiarity with safety and security protocols in data centers will also be beneficial, ensuring that you can maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operations of Amazon's data centers, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and prepared for any situation.
