What you'll do
As a Data Center Manager at Amazon, you will be operationally responsible for the data center, overseeing the performance of your team and ensuring efficient management of day-to-day operations. You will prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators, ensuring that all operational KPIs are met. Your role will involve managing hardware logistics and queue management, as well as participating in site-level project work. You will act as a subject matter expert across all aspects of data center operations, providing guidance and support to your team. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing career paths for your employees, fostering their growth and ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
