You possess a deep understanding of hardware and network diagnostics, which enables you to guide your team in physical repairs and troubleshooting. Your experience includes participating in on-call rotations, ensuring that you and your team are always prepared to address any issues that arise. You are committed to maintaining the highest standards for safety and security in all operations, understanding the critical nature of the services provided by AWS.
Desirable
Experience with supply chain management and an understanding of the variables impacting it would be beneficial. Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure is a plus, as is any prior experience in a data center environment. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
