You are proactive in creating a culture of safety and security within the data center, ensuring that all team members understand and adhere to established protocols. You are also adept at documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in operations.

What you'll do

As the Data Center Manager, you will lead a team of 8-12 data center technicians, focusing on their development and performance. You will drive operational excellence through established frameworks, ensuring that the data center operates at peak efficiency while meeting customer needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating risks, documenting standard operating procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

You will create and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that immediate remediation occurs when standards are not met. You will lead emergency response preparation and execution, managing proper escalation processes to address any issues that arise. Your role will also involve delivering capacity aligned with customer needs, ensuring that the data center can scale effectively to meet demand.
