Who you are
You have a strong background in data center operations and management, with a proven track record of ensuring high availability and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Your technical understanding encompasses hardware and network diagnostics, allowing you to effectively lead teams in troubleshooting and physical repairs. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the AWS Data Center Operations team, ensuring that all data center activities meet or exceed defined service levels. You will be responsible for overseeing hardware and network diagnostics, guiding your team through physical repairs, and participating in an on-call rotation to address urgent issues. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
You will also be involved in site-level project work, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement technical solutions that enhance operational capabilities. Your ability to react quickly to challenges and your commitment to maintaining high standards will be essential as you work to keep the cloud running smoothly.
