What you'll do
As a Data Center Operation Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of critical data center infrastructure. This includes performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems. You will serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may impact service availability.
You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to implement innovative solutions aimed at reducing operational costs while maintaining high service levels. Your role will involve responding to emergencies and performing repairs on equipment such as backup generators, UPS systems, and HVAC units.
