What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing hardware and network repairs, installing equipment, and creating documentation to support data center operations. You will be part of a team that operates 24/7, ensuring that millions of businesses and services worldwide have continual access to the technology they rely on.
You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to deliver the highest standards for safety and security. Your role will require you to innovate solutions and fix problems within the data center space, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of AWS's infrastructure. Traveling within and outside of the regional work area may be required, allowing you to gain diverse experiences and insights into the operations of AWS data centers.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range of $27.00 to $47.00 USD hourly, based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
