What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs as necessary. You will participate in an on-call rotation, providing after-hours support to address any urgent issues that may arise. Collaborating with software, hardware, and network engineers, you will contribute to maintaining the infrastructure that supports AWS services.

You will be involved in routine maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and that any potential issues are addressed proactively. Your role will require you to lift and move equipment, sometimes in collaboration with team members for heavier items. You will also assist in implementing safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
