Desirable

Experience in a similar role or a background in IT support would be beneficial, but not required. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure is a plus, as is any prior experience working in a 24/7 operational environment. A willingness to travel within and outside of the regional work area is essential for this position.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform.
