Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in data science with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence — your experience includes leading end-to-end machine learning projects and designing complex statistical models. You are proficient in Python and R, and you have hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and AWS SageMaker.
You have a deep understanding of MLOps practices and have built automated ML pipelines using AWS services — your expertise extends to implementing CI/CD practices for ML model deployment and monitoring. You are familiar with containerization technologies like Docker, which you use to create scalable model deployment solutions.
Your experience includes working with large language models and generative AI applications — you are skilled in model optimization and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Optuna. You have a knack for translating complex business problems into technical solutions, and you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful results.
You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring junior data scientists and driving cross-functional collaboration — your communication skills allow you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Desirable
Experience with business intelligence applications and real-time insights would be a plus, as would familiarity with monitoring tools like MLflow. You are always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the fast-evolving field of data science.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the solutions you develop align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
You will take charge of end-to-end machine learning projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment — your work will involve developing and optimizing MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model training and evaluation. You will also be responsible for integrating ML solutions with monitoring tools to track performance and make necessary adjustments.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as they navigate their projects — you will foster a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged. Your role will also involve communicating complex technical information to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and outcomes.
