Who you are

You are a current Master's or PhD student with a strong passion for data and a solid foundation in modeling skills. You have experience with data scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and are comfortable managing medium-scale modeling projects. Your background includes familiarity with statistical or mathematical software like R, SAS, or MATLAB, which you have used to build methodologies and tools grounded in statistical principles. You thrive in environments where you can own and execute data-driven projects, and you are eager to present your findings to business partners to drive improvements. You have a keen interest in data science, machine learning, and data mining, and you are excited about the opportunity to work with big data, processing and analyzing large datasets ranging from 100K to millions of rows. Experience with clustered data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Map-reduce is a plus.

Desirable

While not required, experience with additional data processing tools and frameworks will enhance your application. You are adaptable and willing to learn new technologies as needed, and you have a collaborative mindset that allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You are also open to relocating to where the internship is based, demonstrating your commitment to this opportunity.

What you'll do
