Who you are
You have over 12 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions in the healthcare industry. Your expertise lies in leveraging clinical, molecular, and imaging data to develop novel algorithms that can be validated clinically. You are passionate about precision medicine and understand the importance of using data to improve patient care.
You have a strong background in applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large, complex datasets. Your experience includes leading end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment, ensuring that your solutions are not only effective but also actionable for clinicians.
Collaboration is key for you; you thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with business stakeholders, R&D, Clinical Development, and Engineering to define project requirements and deliverables. You are comfortable communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals.
Your technical skills include proficiency in machine learning frameworks and data analytics tools, which you utilize to develop predictive models and algorithms that advance patient care. You are also familiar with GenAI technologies and are eager to collaborate with teams to integrate diverse data sources such as genomics and electronic health records into your solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory standards regarding intellectual property and protected health information. You are committed to handling sensitive information ethically and legally, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
