Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them. With over 2 years of experience in ML data operations, you possess a strong understanding of data annotation and ML workflows, making you a trusted advisor for AGI-DS scientists.
Your expertise in customer relationship management allows you to own relationships with customer scientists, becoming their go-to partner for ML data solutions. You are skilled at transforming complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision.
You excel at coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment. Your ability to monitor and optimize collection health metrics ensures customer success, and you are adept at driving customer adoption through providing technical value and an exemplary customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Data Solutions Lead, you will guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices, collaborating with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements. You will evaluate the scalability of annotation scenarios and provide strategic recommendations that enhance the overall data collection process.
Your role involves driving and documenting effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, ensuring that the solutions you provide delight customers and deliver meaningful change for the models that back them. You will influence technical documentation and guidelines, contributing to the overall success of the data solutions team.
