You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them. With over 2 years of experience in ML data operations, you possess a strong understanding of data annotation and ML workflows. You excel in building relationships with customer scientists, becoming their go-to partner for ML data solutions. Your ability to monitor and optimize collection health metrics ensures customer success, and you are skilled in providing technical value to drive customer adoption.

What you'll do

As a Data Solutions Lead, you will be the trusted advisor for our AGI-DS scientists, providing expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections. You will drive and document effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, transforming complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements. Your role will involve coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment. You will guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices while collaborating with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate the scalability of annotation scenarios and provide strategic recommendations, influencing technical documentation and guidelines.
