You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with ProServe Account Executives and the SAP CoE team. Your ability to mentor and train others within the organization is a key asset, as you create reusable artifacts and process improvements that enhance team performance. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives, ensuring that proposed solutions are realistic and achievable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, designing and implementing tailored cloud solutions that drive customer success. You will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer's cloud journey. Your responsibilities will include creating and leading solution designs that address customer business outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions optimize ProServe and/or partner capabilities.

As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for impacting the signing of Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that achieve customer business outcomes. You will share your knowledge within the organization, mentoring team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and artifacts. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations and drive business value.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $131,300 and $195,400, depending on location and experience.
