What you'll do
As a Delivery Practice Manager, you will manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants, guiding them through transformative projects for AWS enterprise customers. Your role involves building and managing a high-performing team, focusing on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers. You will work closely with partner teams to drive business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance. Your responsibilities include creating proposals and statements of work (SOWs), ensuring that your team is aligned with customer needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet the unique challenges faced by AWS customers.
