You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to manage risks and optimize performance is crucial in driving customer success. You have a proven track record of working in professional services, where you have successfully led projects from inception to completion, ensuring that customer objectives are met.

Desirable

Experience with project management methodologies and familiarity with agile practices would be beneficial. A background in consulting or customer-facing roles is a plus, as is any relevant certification in AWS or AI technologies.

What you'll do

You will be expected to manage risks effectively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
