Desirable

Experience with AWS infrastructure is a plus, as is familiarity with network and cabling systems in data centers. You may also have certifications related to project management or AWS, which would further enhance your qualifications for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of technicians responsible for the installation and deployment of new network systems and projects — your leadership will guide the team in prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deliverables are met. You will oversee the entire process from receiving equipment to deployment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

You will be responsible for managing the installation of network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment — your expertise will help to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will also play a key role in training and educating staff on best practices related to service owner issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include managing tasks and deliverables across small to large-size projects — you will need to be adaptable and ready to tackle challenges as they arise. You will collaborate with various teams within AWS to ensure that the highest standards for safety and security are upheld while providing capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.
