You have a strong background in real estate development and project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex industrial projects. What you'll do
As a Senior Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from site evaluation and acquisition through entitlements, design development, construction, and operational handover. You will drive proactive site sourcing and strategic development opportunities, ensuring that Amazon's fulfillment network is prepared for future capacity needs. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to create competitive advantages in site selection and development timing.
