You have extensive experience in strategic account management, particularly within the technology sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in complex enterprise environments. Your leadership skills are exceptional, allowing you to build and develop high-performing teams that excel in customer engagement and satisfaction. You are adept at engaging with C-suite executives and understand the nuances of navigating large organizations to foster strong relationships. Your customer-centric approach ensures that you prioritize client needs while aligning them with business objectives. You possess a deep understanding of AWS services and can articulate their value propositions effectively to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive Strategic Accounts plan aimed at increasing AWS adoption among key enterprise clients. You will lead engagements at the CXO level, ensuring that your team effectively communicates the value of AWS solutions to drive customer success. You will collaborate with various partners, including System Integration Partners and Independent Software Vendors, to extend AWS's reach and enhance customer adoption. As a key member of the Americas leadership team, you will contribute to defining and delivering the overall strategy and programs that support AWS's growth objectives. You will also prepare and present business reviews to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of your team's efforts on revenue and market penetration.
