What you'll do

In this role, you will drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies. You will lead daily safety audits, conduct incident investigations, and perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging safety training that resonates with associates and promotes a proactive safety culture. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency. As the designated safety champion for your building, you will build relationships and influence positive change within the organization.
