Who you are

You have 8+ years of professional experience in software development, particularly in low-level C programming. Your expertise includes working with DDR memory subsystems, where you understand timing optimization and ECC. You possess a strong knowledge of hardware and software interfaces at the board and chip level, including I2C, SPI, and PCIe. Your deep understanding of computer architecture allows you to influence software architecture effectively. You are also familiar with the SoC development lifecycle, which enhances your ability to integrate hardware and software solutions.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy leading integration efforts across various departments. Your experience coding in low-level C has equipped you with the skills to tackle complex systems and develop features that enhance performance. You are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and are eager to contribute to the AWS Graviton Software team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of DDR technology and influence the software architecture for next-generation platforms. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to develop features for complex systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include leading integration efforts, shaping the architecture of our systems, and becoming an expert in high-end CPUs and high-speed memory technologies. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall success of the team.
