What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of SoC Virtual Platform Modeling, you will lead a team responsible for developing end-to-end SoC models that serve as the foundation for AWS’s Trainium Machine Learning servers. You will own the model architecture and ensure seamless integration with other model components and infrastructure. Your role will involve not only high-level strategic planning but also hands-on involvement in the development process, where you will tackle technical challenges directly.

You will mentor your team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation while also focusing on hiring top talent to scale the team effectively. Your leadership will drive new product and feature development, ensuring that the models meet customer needs and use-cases. You will develop mechanisms and infrastructure that enable your team to produce high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented software.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams to build, debug, and deploy your models. You will focus on enhancing the quality and delivery speed of the models, ensuring they are useful and effective within AWS. Your ability to lead by example and engage with the technical aspects of the work will be crucial to your success in this position.
