What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager on the Community Discovery team, you will lead one of three engineering teams focused on building innovative discovery experiences on Twitch. You will partner closely with an applied science team to integrate cutting-edge algorithms into production systems that directly impact millions of daily active users. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of software and services that power critical discovery features such as recommendations, search, feed ranking, and notification relevance. You will ensure that your team adheres to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
