What you'll do

As the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of up to 10 technicians, including Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that site operations are maintained safely and efficiently, focusing on equipment reliability and team development.

You will work closely with the Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager to implement safety and statutory compliance programs, ensuring that all staff work in a safe environment. Your role will involve managing local projects and supporting Australia-wide initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team.

You will harness the technical expertise of your team to build solutions that enhance operational efficiency. By focusing on preventative maintenance, you will ensure that equipment availability meets the demands of internal customers, ultimately driving the success of Amazon's operations in Australia.
