You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Operations, Finance, and Design, to implement strategic initiatives and capital upgrades.

What you'll do

As the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Regional Manager, you will lead and develop multiple site-based engineering teams, driving a strong culture of safety and high performance. You will own statutory compliance and legal engineering obligations across the region, ensuring that all WHS and regulatory requirements are met. Your role will involve driving high levels of equipment availability through robust preventative and predictive maintenance programs, which are critical for operational success.

You will partner with various teams to plan capital upgrades and future automation rollouts, ensuring that engineering strategies align with business objectives. Additionally, you will sponsor large-scale engineering programs and lead regional strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and regularly testing contingency and business continuity plans for critical equipment failures, ensuring that your teams are prepared for any challenges that may arise.
