What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be on the front lines of AWS data center operations, responsible for hands-on troubleshooting and operation of critical electrical and mechanical equipment. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, switchboards, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, and building automation systems. Your role will involve monitoring equipment performance, conducting routine maintenance, and responding to operational issues as they arise.

You will collaborate closely with software, hardware, and network engineers to ensure seamless operations and address any challenges that may impact service delivery. Your contributions will help maintain the reliability and efficiency of AWS infrastructure, supporting millions of customers worldwide.
