Engineering Planner • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience as a Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner, with a strong understanding of asset and spares management. You are the site lead for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and have a proven track record of training engineering teams in its use. Your expertise allows you to ensure that the system runs in line with EU standards and participate in improvement programs effectively.

You are detail-oriented and capable of managing spare parts stock levels, ensuring that technicians have the necessary parts to maintain equipment availability. You compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories, making recommendations for improvements based on your findings. Your analytical skills enable you to forecast and assign preventative maintenance tasks accurately, contributing to a high level of service for internal customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for asset and spares management, ensuring that all equipment and spare parts are correctly recorded in the CMMS. You will lead the local engineering team in using the CMMS software, providing training and support as needed. Your role will involve participating in EU-led projects to roll out new functionalities and procedures, enhancing the overall efficiency of the maintenance planning process.

You will compile and analyze machine history data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance equipment performance. Your responsibilities will also include managing spare parts stock levels, placing and tracking orders to ensure that technicians have the parts they need to maintain equipment effectively. You will work closely with the site engineering manager to support decision-making processes and ensure that maintenance planning aligns with operational goals.
