As an Engineering Operation Technician, you are a critical guardian of technological infrastructure. Experience with AWS infrastructure services is a plus, as you will support all AWS data centers and the associated servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot Data Center Operations' Mission Critical Facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and mechanical systems are functioning optimally, which includes working with switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, wet cell batteries, CRAC units, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, pumps, and motors. Your hands-on approach will be essential in identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime. You will collaborate with other technicians and engineers to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency.

You will also participate in regular maintenance checks and inspections, documenting any findings and actions taken. Your role will involve working with various teams to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the facility operates within compliance standards.
